My last two work experiences are:

  • Managing multiple Nomad-based cluster using the Nomad+Vault+Consul+Terraform stack. Making sure entire stack (and deployed workload) is monitored and observable.
  • Building and managing OpenStack cloud platform based on hundreds of physical hypervisors and CEPH storage. Heavily automated using Ansible, Puppet and GitOps approach.

I have experience with

  • Linux based system administration and deployment (Debian/Ubuntu server, CentOS/Alma)
  • platforms: OpenStack, Nomad, Docker, LXC and Kubernetes
  • networking: Cisco and Mikrotik devices
  • Ansible, Gitlab CI, Terraform, Puppet
  • Monitoring/Observability: Grafana, Cortex/Mimir, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Icinga
  • smaller datacenter operations
  • ... other projects/platforms used in DevOps
